Target Audience:

 

The course is aimed at both managers and analysts in the public and private sectors, who need to have a good understanding of PPPs. No prior knowledge is required but it would help if individuals had a preliminary understanding of the sector and broad concepts.

Adjunct Professor, UNSW- Martin Locke is an infrastructure financing specialist. Martin is a retired Partner of PwC having lead Infrastructure Advisory practice in Sydney over the period 2001-2014, after 23 years in investment banking with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. He has provide financial and commercial advice on large infrastructure projects including PPPs. As well as advise on all aspects of the project life cycle from feasibility/business case, through to procurement, financing and financial close.
