Session 2: Creating a Competitive

What is your competitive edge? What is the one reason
the client will choose you?
Is it because you a ‘safe pair of hands’, or because
you offer ‘certainty of delivery’ or ‘value for money’? If so, unfortunately
you’re in the same boat as almost all of your competition, and therefore not
unique in any way. Until you learn how to create a true competitive edge, your
tender success will be a matter of luck or cut-throat pricing.
This workshop teaches participants how to develop a
competitive edge that is meaningful, valuable, compelling and persuasive to the
client. Seminar participants are shown real examples of winning strategies and
taught the techniques for analysing
tenders, developing winning strategies
and writing meaningful key messages.
