About Office of Projects Victoria

The Office of Projects Victoria (OPV) was established in September last year to oversee major infrastructure projects. The new Office of the Victorian Chief Engineer will be an integral part of OPV, which will provide policy direction and advise on technical, design and engineering aspects of projects, improving the quality of advice available to Government for asset investment decisions and project delivery arrangements.

The OPV will facilitate the up-skilling of project management capability and skills
